The therapists at A.I.M. utilize a wide variety of techniques from around the world that are part of the training program at A.I.M.

Training

At A.I.M. Physical Therapy we provide training and support for you throughout your career with us. Training is provided to help you practice, document, and bill correctly. We have high ethical standards and expect the best from our staff.

We provide weekly continuing education to help share knowledge and hone skills to help our patients. We also provide bi-monthly meetings to discuss patient care and outcomes. We welcome new graduates who have a strong desire to learn and help people. Our mentoring program allows you to shadow a senior physical therapist, complete our proprietary training program, and have ongoing support.

As part of our benefits package, we pay for professional continuing education courses and units. We even pay for management training for those who demonstrate a desire to advance their career further.
