Neil and Amy Trickett founded AIM physical Therapy in September 2002.  Their vision was to bring their unique knowledge of manual physical therapy to help patients in their own private practice. 

 

In the beginning it was just Amy and Neil who treated all the patients, performed the scheduling, marketing, billing, and executive functions.  Now due to the great reputation of AIM Physical Therapy, the practice has grown to a staff of 14.  Their vision is to help more of the public who suffer from pain by expanding their practice further.

Neil Trickett, PT

Co-Founder, CEO

 

Neil graduated from Florida International University in 1998.  He has dedicated his career to helping patients with manual physical therapy.  Neil has furthered his education in osteopathic manual techniques from the Canadian College of Osteopathy.  He is dedicated to bettering the physical therapy profession by now teaching classes to the physical therapy community.

Amy Trickett, PT
Co-Founder, President

 

Amy graduated from Northeastern University in 1996.  She brings her unique knowledge of neurological and orthopedic techniques to help many patients.  Her outpatient and hospital experiences provide her patients with a unique insight into how they can be helped at AIM.

Kelly Stephens, PTA

 

Originally from New Jersey, Kelly is a 2007 graduate of Keiser University. She looks forward to helping people live their lives to the fullest and with out pain. Kelly enjoys dance and making her patients smile. In her spare time, Kelly dancing and spending time with her cocker spaniel, Benji.

Lauren Stahl, PTA

 

Lauren is originally from New York City and now resides in South Florida. She is a former competitive figure skater who enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Lauren is a 2004 graduate of Florida Atlantic University and a 2008 graduate of Keiser University. She strives to get the best result with each patient with whom she works so that her patients can return to doing the things they enjoy.

Jennifer Castillo
Front Desk and Communications Manager

 

Jennifer is one of the first people you meet.  She coordinates the schedule, helps verify your insurance, and makes sure that you are taken care of.  A native of South Florida, Jennifer brings a positive and caring attitude to the A.I.M. Physical Therapy team. Jennifer attended Keiser University for Medical Assisting and enjoys dancing and relaxing on the beach.

Kathy Trickett

Financial Officer

Kathy has been with AIM Physical Therapy since the beginning.  As part of the family she takes pride in helping keep a smooth running office.  She brings her extensive experience in business to help AIM Physical Therapy keep growing.

Stephanie Trudeau, PTA

Senior Physical Therapy Assistant / Qualifications Officer

 

Stephanie graduated from South University in 2002.  Stephanie brings a warm smile and brightens your day to help you feel better.  Stephanie’s experience in physical therapy allows her to help many senior patients with severe arthritis.

Senior Physical Therapy Technician

 

Tayanna is originally from New York. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with an undergraduate degree in Media Studies. Tayanna is currently attending South University where she is working towards a Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Ty, as she is affectionately known, helps to maintain a smooth flow by assisting our therapists and PTAs work with their patients.

Deena Fournier

Promotions and Mailing Officer

 

Deena joined AIM Physical Therapy from Virginia.  She has a degree in business administration and brings her knowledge to help promote AIM Physical Therapy.   Deena ensures that our patients and physicians know the latest about AIM Physical Therapy and how we can help them.

Carrie Pearson

Physical Therapy Technician

 

Carrie works as a Technician here at AIM Physical Therapy, assisting therapists with caring for our patients. She is currently enrolled at South University and is pursuing a certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant. A native Floridian, Carrie enjoys line dancing, going to the beach, boating and spending time with her daughter, Emma.

Cindy Jamason - Billing Officer

 

Cindy is a native of New Hampshire who relocated to Florida. Cindy works in billing, submitting information to insurance companies. She also works in authorizing patient visits with insurance companies. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys softball and crafts. Cindy has two children and four grandchildren.

Cosmina Guta   

Physical Therapy Technician

 

Cosmina comes to us all the way from Romania. She was awarded a Certificate of Competency in Balneal Physical Therapy from Carol Davila College in Bucharest, Romania. Cosmina loves seeing the progress and improvements made by her patients. Cosmina plans to further her studies here in the US and one day become a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. Cosmina lives in Boynton Beach with her husband, Michael.

Chris Hebert

Marketing Officer / Patient Representative

 

Chris is comes to A.I.M. Physical Therapy from Louisiana, where he was raised. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Chris works to promote our facility within the community. Chris and his wife, Rachel, reside in Boynton Beach with their two greyhounds, Boss and Daisy. When he is not working, Chris and his wife volunteer their time with Friends of Greyhounds, a non-profit greyhound adoption group in South Florida.

Marcia Marcuson

Collections Officer

 

Marcia works as our Collections officer. She is in constant communication with patients and insurance companies.  Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Rehab Education from Penn State University. Marcia has a husband, two children and one grandchild. She enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the pool and talking on the phone.
